Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  Please contact us if you have any questions, concerns or issues.

ORDER ERRORS OR DISCREPENCIES:  If there is an error with your order, please contact us within 10 calendar days of receiving your package. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Code. PLEASE do not ship the item back before calling and receiving a return code.

RETURNED SHIPMENTS DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS:  If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address given by you (the customer) at the time of ordering, we will re-ship the order at your expense. If you (the customer) choose not to have the order re-shipped, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus the original shipping charges.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS:  If you would like to return your order for a refund, please contact us within 10 calendar days of receiving your package. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Code and directions to return item. PLEASE do not ship the item back before calling and receiving a return code.

All items may be returned for a refund less any shipping charges paid on the original order.
- We do not cover the cost of shipping the product back to our office. Product must be shipped to us with Tracking Number.  These return shipping costs are the responsiblity of the customer.
- All return items should be returned with original packaging.

Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of returned products.

We cannot accept returns if:
- Item has been worn or used.
- Item is not returned in original packaging.
- Any item has a return post-mark dated beyond the return period.
